Ordering

  • We are current using PayPal to process credit card transactions. PayPal accepts guest checkout where you will be able to use a credit card without logging into a PayPal account. Just select pay with a debit or credit card at checkout.

  • Applicable sales tax will be added automatically to your order if appropriate based on your shipping location. If you do not see sales tax added to your order amount at checkout then you will not be charged sales tax.

  • When you click on view cart or you select the cart icon at the top of the screen you will see an option to add in coupon codes before checkout. Once an item has been ordered we cannot go back and add in a coupon code or discount.

  • Our website works best with Google Chrome or Safari, so please make sure you aren’t using Internet Explorer or Edge. If you’re still receiving an error message after checking over your credit card information, billing and shipping address, make sure you’re using the latest version of your web browser. Whatever you do, only click the “Place Order” button once… we would hate for your card to be authorized more than once by mistake!

  • As soon as your order is submitted, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If, for some reason, you didn’t get an email, please check your spam folder and add jadesageshop@gmail.com to your safe sender list.

  • Our items are all very unique and we strive to continually change our inventory. For this reason ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please see our return and refund policy for more information.

Shipping

  • All orders are stored and shipped from our warehouse in Boca Raton, FL USA

  • Orders ship within 2 business days! Please see our shipping information section for more details.

  • To check your order status, log in to your account and navigate to your order history. You must have your order number and billing zip code to check your order status if you do not have an account. If you have any questions regarding an order please email us at jadesageshop@gmail.com.

Sizing

  • We strive to put product details including the size of every item we sell in the description of the item. If you ever have a question please email us at jadesageshop@gmail.com.

General Questions

  • Some items we will try and restock if the demand for that particular item is high enough. For the most part items in our store are first come first serve and if an item goes out of stock that may be the last time we carry that item. We will constantly be replenishing with new items so if the item you want is not available please look around as you may find something else you like even more.
